WE LOVE GOOD IDEAS
The 1%EVENT brings together innovators, young professionals, entrepreneurs and change-makers that invest one day of their time, expertise, experience, talent, network and energy to work on new innovative approaches to international co-operation.

YOU DECIDE WHAT’S NEXT!
The actual day is set up in accordance with the Open Space concept: YOU are the one that determines the agenda and the topics – and you will have your chance to speak up and share your thoughts and ideas.

INTERNATIONAL CO-OPERATION 2.0
Massive collaboration, self-organization, open-source, collective intelligence and crowd sourcing – these are all trends that typify Web 2.0, where the person is at the centre of the process and creates his or her own world. International Development 2.0 is about using these ICT tools, techniques and models towards achieving the Millennium Development Goals.

COME AND JOIN
Experience what the potential of Web 2.0, Mobile and New Media can mean for you. All frontrunners in this particular field will be present, so bring your laptop and mobile phone along and let all your Twitter followers know what’s happening.
